In tropical pastures, weeds are a significant threat. Their control is an important issue in the context of global change, and requires information on their biology, their behavior in relationship with agroecological components. Access to information is now facilitated by ever-changing digital infrastructures, but requires knowledge to be shared, updated, and disseminated. The WIKTROP collaborative portal (http://portal.wiktrop.org) allows all users in the tropical agricultural world, including grazing land, to share and disseminate their knowledge and questioning about tropical weeds and their management. It is associated with mobile applications facilitating its use in the office, in the field or for training.
