GENERATION OF NEW SPATIAL AND TEMPORAL COHERENT LIGHT STATES USING III-V SEMICONDUCTOR METASURFACE BASED LASER TECHNOLOGY: VORTEX, CONTINUUM, DUAL FREQUENCY FOR THz

Résumé

We take an advantage of III-V semiconductor surface emitting laser technology integrating flat-photonics for the generation of new coherent states, thanks to insertion of intracavity functions based on the metasurface: vortex beam, dual-frequency spectrum for THz, modeless spectrum. These new kinds of coherent light states target many applications including optical tweezers, telecommunications, fundamental physics, sensors.
