Réorganisation d'un projet complexe par ses risques - Axes d'optimisation observés via la clustérisation

Abstract : The work done in 2015 and presented in this communication uses data coming from clustering of the risks/risks matrix of a nuclear engineering project, built according to the strength of the interdependence links existing between all risks. In 2014, this approach led to a new and optimized organization of the project. The work performed in 2015 allows comparing pros and cons of each organization according to three directions: interfaces, impacts spreading, and distribution of the transversal function “nuclear safety”.
